About Waizu

We built Waizu because an entire industry had accepted a broken process as normal.

After 20 years working in enterprise mobility — with device manufacturers and managed service providers — Waizu founder Adrian Lawson had visited hundreds of operations. Warehouses, distribution centres, retail stores, manufacturing facilities. Different industries, different sizes, different challenges.

But the same problem, every single time.

Shared devices going missing. Shifts starting late because nobody could find equipment. Manual check-out processes wasting hundreds of hours. IT teams drowning in support tickets for problems that were never really IT problems. And operations teams with no tools to fix any of it — just accepting the chaos as part of the job.

Nobody was solving it. The shared device industry had quietly accepted these pain points as the cost of doing business.

Adrian built Waizu to change that.

At Europe's largest on-line supermarket, Picnic NL, Traditional MDM tools did not give operations a way to check devices in and out. Waizu solved that across 25 locations.

Why Waizu

Small team. Serious reach. Unmatched agility.

Waizu is a fast-growing SaaS business headquartered in Chippenham, Wiltshire, backed by external investment across multiple funding rounds and expanding rapidly across the UK and Europe.

We are a focused, agile team — and that focus is one of our biggest advantages. Every person at Waizu works on one product. One mission.
When a customer has an issue, we move fast. No corporate approval chains. No waiting weeks for a fix. Just a team that genuinely cares about solving the problem quickly.

That agility is something our customers notice — and something our competitors, including OEM solutions from Zebra and Honeywell, consistently struggle to match.

We work with over 16 channel partners across the UK and Europe, and hold Premier ISV Partner status with Zebra Technologies — the highest tier Zebra awards to software partners — reflecting our deep technical integration and proven customer success across Zebra's rugged device portfolio

Our Mission and Vision

Mission:
Stop the multi-billion dollar drain in global supply chains by making shared work equipment trackable, accountable and always available.

Vision:
A world where over a million pieces of shared equipment are tracked and protected by Waizu globally — and operations teams never have to worry about losing shared assets again.
